The practice
Robotiqa Technologies Ltd. was incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, on 26 September 2017. It operates from Vancouver, British Columbia, and works with clients in Canada and the Gulf.
It is an independent, single-principal practice. It employs no consulting staff, holds no vendor partnerships, and resells no platform — a deliberate constraint, since the advice concerns which dependencies an institution should be willing to take on. Where an engagement needs additional hands, the client is told so and introduced directly rather than through a margin.
Since 2017 the practice has advised a provincial government, a Canadian credit union, a global bank, and a real-estate development group, across enterprise architecture, technology governance, and platform strategy. Client names are not published without written permission.
Robotiqa is also the publisher of the Sovereign Digital Resilience series — eight papers, openly licensed, permanently archived, and cited as the author's institutional affiliation.
The principal
Sanjeet Kumar founded Robotiqa in 2017. His career began at Andersen Consulting and Accenture, took him to Google in Mountain View, and then to a decade in the Gulf: he built RAKBank's enterprise architecture practice from the ground up, and subsequently led group-wide architecture and IT compliance at Al-Futtaim in Dubai. He now holds architectural custodianship of a Canadian provincial land title system — the legal record beneath an entire property market.
His work on vendor concentration and exit-capability builds on the de-perimeterisation arguments made by The Open Group's Jericho Forum in the 2000s — a decade before the industry settled on the name Zero Trust. He currently heads an enterprise architecture function of eight architects in a provincial land title registry, where his remit includes the governed adoption of agentic AI. That agentic-AI delivery experience comes from his operating role, not from a Robotiqa client engagement. He holds TOGAF, PMP, CGEIT and COBIT 5 certifications, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 Lead Auditor credentials, and a B.Tech (Hons) in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
His regulatory experience spans both target markets directly: group policy and standards against DIFC, SAMA and UAE data regulation at a multinational conglomerate, and enterprise architecture at a CBUAE-licensed bank.
